The Thiago Silva signing is done and dusted for Chelsea, as Frank Lampard has added a superb centre-back to his starting XI heading into the 2020-21 season. The ESPN FC panel applaud the move, but say it will do little in the end to improve Chelsea’s defensive issues from last season as long as Kepa Arrizabalaga is in goal.
