982 goals in one season – that has only been surpassed once back in 1991/92. Yet again, no player could get past Robert Lewandowski. The Pole was the top scorer in the Bundesliga for the fifth time, in a season full of records. Also amongst the top goalscorers are Timo Werner (RB Leipzig), Wout Weghorst of VfL Wolfsburg, Erling Haaland of Borussia Dortmund and Rouwen Hennings of Fortuna Düsseldorf.
