Damian Lillard led the Trail Blazers with 24 points (8-18 FG) and 7 assists, as he passed LaMarcus Aldridge (12,562) for 2nd in scoring in Trail Blazers’ history. C.J. McCollum added 23 points (10-20 FG), 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the victory. Julius Randle registered a career-high 45 points (20-34 FG), to go with 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 blocks to lead the Pelicans, while Elfrid Payton notched his 3rd consecutive triple-double (1st Pelican to do so) with 14 points, 12 rebounds and a career-high 16 assists in the losing effort. With the win, the Trail Blazers improve to 42-26, while the Pelicans fall to 30-41 on the season.
