Why you should be careful going to training after the Corona lockdown is basically quite simple!
Your body is not ready for heavy load if you haven't done that much of training or physical activity.
You must find a way to of slowly getting back on court - don't rush the progress.
GOLDEN RULE!!
Be patient when returning to training. The more inactivity, the more patient you should be. If you have maintained some physical activity you will be much faster back!
