ESPN FC's Ian Dark, Needum Onuoha and Craig Burley share their thoughts on IFAB's statement on accidental handballs. Burley believes changes to accidental handballs are good for the game, saying there's proof of some commom sense from IFAB. Onuoha believes rules changes are a positive sign for soccer because of the current state of the handball rule. Darke says VAR is like a nosey policeman, and needs to be completely rethought by IFAB.
