In Today's video, we show you Four Jab Moves out of the triple threat. This is when you have the ball in shooting range and still have a live dribble after you've caught a pass from teammates.

It's called the triple threat because you can shoot, drive, or pass from this position. By adding intelligent jab moves to your game, you can really confuse defenders and make them over react to your movement!

Defenders will play triple threat offensive players with a "close out" where they're trying to get back in front of the offensive player after playing help side. When a defender is coming from help side (the paint) they'll be much more inclined to bite on your jabs out of fear you're going to blow by them and drive to the basket.

All 4 Jabs in today's Short can help you confuse defenders, make them overplay the drive, allowing you a wide-open shot, or overplay the direction you jab towards, allowing you to step back or drive the opposite direction towards the basket. For example, if you Jab towards the baseline and they bite, you'll be able to drive towards the paint with the hand that's farthest away from the baseline.
