When the same race has a track described as the most dangerous in Formula 1, and takes place a few miles from the site of a missile strike, something’s not right.
Few races would withstand such a worrying combination but few races are as valuable to F1 as the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and its megabucks 15-year deal.
As we saw during the 2022 event, though, the drivers have a voice of their own - and they are demanding to be heard.
