Will Jim Harbaugh leave Michigan for Chargers or NFL, Justin Fields still not Bears guy? | THE HERD

The NCAA will reportedly charge Michigan Head Coach Jim Harbaugh a Level 1 violation for allegedly misleading investigators during the 2020 season. The Los Angeles Chargers are also reportedly interested in signing Harbaugh to replace Brandon Staley. Colin Cowherd explains why he does not believe Harbaugh will leave Michigan and also shares his reaction to the NCAA punishing the Wolverines program. Meanwhile, Justin Fields touts his "improvement" as his future with the Chicago Bears remains uncertain. However, Colin is still not sold on Fields and breaks down why the Bears should move on and go get another QB through the draft.
