Learn the small difference between backhand strokes in badminton. It's small adjustements that makes the difference. Short and simple to understand. Hope this might suit you out :-)

DESCRIPTION
The backhand clear - Hit the shuttle above your shoulder
The backhand smash - Hit the shuttle slightly behind you
The flat straight backhand - Turn the backhand grip slightly (and bend the wrist a bit)
The cross court backhand - Turn the backhand grip even more. The lower you hit the more you should bend in your wrist.
