Premier League managers were out in force for their routine press conferences, however, the main topic of agenda was Manchester City's FFP court decision, in which CAS announced the club were not banned from playing Champions League football next season. Tottenham's Jose Mourinho felt the decision was "disgraceful" and either Manchester City are innocent and therefore shouldn't be fined, or guilty and the ban should be upheld. Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp also felt it was a bad day for football, believing the process was flawed, whilst Arsenal's Mikel Arteta was happy to see Manchester City back in the Champions League and feels the club deserves to be there. As expected Pep Guardiola was happy with the result and was adamant Manchester City deserved an apology for what the club had been through.
