This week, the DP World Tour heads to Hamburg for the 2022 Porsche European Open. Marcus Armitage returns to the Green Eagle Golf Courses after an impressive final round of 65 last year saw him finish two shots clear of Thomas Detry to claim his first ever victory on the DP World Tour. Team Europe Ryder Cup captain, Henrik Stenson will be teeing it up for the first time since his prestigious appointment and will inevitably be keeping watch over the many potential Ryder Cup team members in action over the weekend. These include 2022 Dutch Open winner Victor Perez, who beat Australian Ryan Fox in a four hole play-off last week and 2020 Ryder Cup team member Tommy Fleetwood, who will be hoping that his recent good form that saw him finish T5 at the PGA Championship will see him in the running for victory on Sunday.
