Fall has been pretty good for training here in Colorado Springs this year. Lots of challenges I had to fight super hard for, and lots I had to make my peace with. Also lots of cool people trained with me, those in the video as follows:

It's starting to snow more often now, so I'm going to try and make the most of the warm days until spring shows up. Super happy to be training, filming, and sharing lately.
