Last month I dislocated my hip and injured my knee while training.
Ben filming at sessions and also have some spare clips from the past.

I want to start making a lot more videos, and was considering the idea of a patron for content, so let me know if thats something you’d support or not!

Im healing up well and am hoping to be able to train at full capacity in the next few months.
