Steeped in sporting history, the Sydney Cricket Ground has been providing a wealth of entertainment for over 150 years. The SCG was established on the former 1852 Garrison Ground behind Victoria Barracks, Paddington, by the NSW Cricket Association. Today, the SCG is highly revered as one of the premier cricket venues in the world, hosting the annual New Year Test, One-Day Internationals and is the home ground of the Sydney Sixers in the BBL.

The SCG will come to life when it hosts the ICC Men's T20 World Cup for the first time from Saturday 22 October - Wednesday 9 November.

Sydney will host six Super 12 matches featuring Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Bangladesh India, Pakistan and England, as well as a Semi-Final.
