Working with our old friend Jerry Frentsos, Masters World Record Holder and alternate for the 1988 US Olympic Team in the 400 IM. Jerry has since set 18 World Records over the span of 5 age groups, 25 years.
Jerry has a goal for his 100 IM past the age of 50, so we spent some time together getting him on his path toward sprinting.
The initial videos in this course were all taken at the Machine Performance Center in Vienna, VA, and if you're anywhere near that area, you owe it to yourself to go check it out, and polish up on your own swimming.
The ideas we cover in this course are how to change an instinctual elite swimmer, into someone specifically gearing for a sprint event like the 100 IM. We'll try somethings that are standard, and we'll try some things that are just fun.
There are no answers in this, just ideas. We hope you enjoy them.
