ESPN FC's Gab Marcotti and Jurgen Klinsmann share their thoughts on Borussia Dortmund's decision to sack Lucien Favre after their disappointing 5-1 loss to VfB Stuttgart this weekend in Bundesliga. Marcotti believes Dortmund lacks real leadership on the pitch and says Favre didn't do enough to cultivate the young talent on the roster. Klinsmann says it was a harsh decision by Borussia Dortmund, but understands why the club chose to move on to interim manager Edin Terzic.
