MAY, last month of our "Operation bikini".
During the months of March, April and May we have been preparing our body for the summer.
In the May workout plan we will focus on the core. Abdomen and waist will be our daily focal area and also, we will perform 3 challenges to workout well our core. Tuesday and Thursday normal breaks we will take advantage of it to try new recipes and learn new things. Weekends are again full of long cardio routines, dancing and facial gymnastics.
We will finish the challenge with a lot of motivation and with the purpose to continuing to work out together the rest of the year. All the effort and perseverance will make us feel proud and achieve great results.
