After our bikini operation, now in June we will work out the buttocks more to specifically shape them, tone them up and give them an appearance of greater volume, without forgetting the range of muscles of the lower body.
But of course, in the workout plan of this month, we will continue to work out also the abdominal area. On Mondays and Fridays, we will focus on the lower body and on Wednesday's upper body. Tuesday and Thursday's are our planned recovery days and we deserve a little break. We will thus take advantage by preparing new recipes and learning new things.
Weekends we do our long cardio routines, yoga and facial gymnastics. A new effort that will make us at the end the month proud and satisfied with great results.
