Episode 5 of Bases Covered sees Team Max and Team Jemel open the main stage at the FTX MLB Home Run Derby X in London. In this episode the teams are bolstered with extra firepower from ‘The Hundred’ cricketers, Laurie Evans of the Manchester Originals and Jack Leaning of the Oval Invincibles.

Will their cricket skills translate to baseball? Will our newbies Aimee Fuller and Paul Olima stumble under the pressure of thousands of baseball fans? Can our local team players Andy Cosgrove and Pascal Amon bring their A-game and lead the way to HOME RUN VICTORY?? ???? ????

MLB Europe’s Max and Jemel have just four days training to become HOME RUNS HITTING MACHINES before they open the FTX MLB Home Run Derby X London stage. Former Olympic snowboarder Aimee Fuller and content creator Paul Olima join them in a mix of fun challenges and gruelling training to get them ready as they kick off their challenge.
