The curveballs impacting Williams's 2023 F1 driver line-up plans

Williams appeared to be all set to freshen up its F1 driver line-up for 2023 by replacing Nicholas Latifi with highly-rated Alpine junior Oscar Piastri on loan.
But that deal hasn't got over the line yet. In this video Scott Mitchell and Edd Straw explain to Glenn Freeman what's causing the hold up, and why that delay has led to the emergence of another contender for the drive, giving Williams a nice problem to have.
