The green team had initially hoped that major aero changes would make the car much more driveable than its predecessor. Instead, Aston Martin will put its new recruit, legendary designer Adrian Newey, and now-operational onsite windtunnel to work, shifting his view from the important 2026 project. Newey admitted, though, during his announcement last year, that these things are not the work of a moment.
