How to get strong legs in the gym then?
Well choose an exercise for each part of your legs:

Quads
- Squat
- Bulgarian Split squad

Harmstrings
- Romanian deadlift
- Harmstring curls

Calves
- Seated Calf Raises
- Calf raises

With these 3 exercise to target your legs - you will ultimately get stronger legs. You should follow Steffen guidelines about adjusting the weight, which can be heard from 0:55.
