North Carolina Courage are the NWSL champions for the second year in a row after a dominant 4-0 victory vs. the Chicago Red Stars and 2019 league MVP Sam Kerr in the NWSL Championship Game. Jessica McDonald, Crystal Dunn and Sam Mewis, who all won the FIFA Women’s World Cup with the USWNT this summer, scored for the Courage after Debinha’s opened the scoring four minutes in.
