Well, this has been a long time in the making!

I met Ross around 4 years ago. I saw this little kid do a back full at the park I train at often, and was instantly reminded of when I landed my first back full of the very same wall, back when I was 14.
Ever since then I have been teaching and training with Ross constantly and have watched him evolve from a student to a training partner.
I wanted to make a video of him to show off everything he has learned in the last 4 years since I have met him. This kid makes me so proud and his 16 year old self has certainly surpassed my 16 year old self, and thats what the next generation is all about. He is still progressing wildly and in many ways has already surpassed me.

So here's a video or Ross Allen Freerunning. He's been training about 5 years and he's only 16 years old! Hope you like it!
