Basically the principles in this video is general to other shots aswell. Learning to practise technique on a higher level requires higher level exercises. The principles:
Level 1 exercise: Multi feeding
Level 2 exercise: Multi feeding with variation
Level 3 exercise Multi feeding with variation and footwork
Level 4 exercise: ongoing shuttle with no variation
Level 5 exercise: Ongoing shuttle with variation
Level 6 exercise: ongoing shuttle with variation but feeder also moves around
Level 7 exercise: Small game
Level 8 exercise: Match

Of course you can add in more levels to open up the exercise or focus/technique, but the last step/level will always be a match situation.
