Kyle Troup and Sam Cooley swept François Lavoie and Cristian Azcona, respectively, to get through the semifinals and into the championship match. During the second game of the finals, Troup and Cooley created a "little sparks in the chairs" as uttered by play-by-play announcer Rob Stone. Cooley made game two perfect, rolling the 31st televised title-event 300 game in PBA history. Troup came out the winner, three games to one, to claim the 2021 Kia PBA Playoffs title.
