Single Defense is very important since you obviosuly can't be offensive in all areas. Having a solid defense will bring you a lot of confidence and calmness to your game. The greater the defense the more easy it will be for you to reset the rally.
Much similar to Level 4: Badminton Drill: Single Defense - Lower Your Gravity. But this exercise is a clear example of you can't get enough of practising your ability to stay low. As your level increases so does the demand for physical training and endurance. Especially your thighs and so is under very heavy load. This exercise will bring your stamina a step up from level 4. This type of exercise is a key to bring your game to the next level.
